Job Description
Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator to join and strengthen our clients existing team in Stoke-on-Trent, on a temporary on-going opportunity.
What to expect?
Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (some Saturdays required)
£12.21 per hour - paid weekly
Full training on in-house systemsWorking as an Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator, your duties will include:
Driver briefing and debriefing is required
Briefing and debriefing drivers
Carrying out vehicle checks
Drafting emails and making phone calls
Booking appointments and diary managementTo be successful in this role, you will have previous admin experience within an office environment. Combined with excellent communication and customer service skills; great organisational skills; excellent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft office - including the ability to undertake minor problem solving (e.g. if a connection to a printer fails).
