Administrator / Resourcing Assistant (Part-Time) £13.50 per hour | Bristol or Feltham Omnia Resourcing is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Administrator / Resourcing Assistant to join our permanent recruitment division. About the role Reporting directly to the Head of Division, you'll play a key part in keeping our team running smoothly through a mix of administrative and resourcing support. Administration duties: Data inputting and cleansing using our innovative CRM system Designing and producing marketing flyers Formatting documents to meet company standards Resourcing support: Sourcing candidates via job boards and social media for live vacancies About you: To be successful, you'll bring: Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages A confident telephone manner Self-motivation and the ability to prioritise Strong organisational skills This role is a temporary ongoing, part-time position with the possibility of a permanent contract in the future, with working hours discussed at application stage. You'll be based in either our Bristol or Feltham office, so we ask applicants to live within a commutable distance. Why join us?
