Job Description

Permanent, Swansea Administrator to EA £12.60per hour Excellent benefits such as private medical insurance Monday to Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client based in Swansea who are thriving and growing with very exciting plans for the next few years. This role is to provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant. The Assistant will play a key role in providing dedicated and seamless support to the Executive Assistant (EA), contributing to the smooth operation of the wider team and division. This is a responsible position that demands a consistently professional and discreet approach, with a srong emphasis on representing the company positively to all internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Complex diary and schedule management Organising international and domestic travel arrangements Managing correspondence and expenses Handling a variety of administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail The role will also require regular driving duties, including collecting clients or stakeholders from airports and train stations. A full UK driving licence is essential, and daily driving is expected. In addition to supporting the EA, the Assistant will provide general administrative support to other senior leaders, such as the HR Director. Tasks may include document filing, data organisation, and other ad hoc administrative support as required. Discretion, reliability, and efficiency are critical to success in this role. You will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills A tactful, assertive, and articulate voice able to interact effectively with a wide range of people from a variety of cultural backgrounds and levels of seniority Business experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in working to a high standard in routine activities, as much as special projects Numeracy Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills. Ability to work to deadlines by setting priorities and managing work loads Excellent logistical skills - complex diary management.
