JOB TITLE: Administrator
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE
LOCATION: Central Southampton
The role:
Responsible for all medical administration and compliance
Logging attendance
Updating the in-house system with medical certificates
Booking appointments and travel
Ordering medical equipment
Processing PO numbers and tracking spend on Excel
Preparing compliance for auditsWhat You'll Bring:
Previous administration experience
Experience working within a compliance or medical setting
Proactive attitude with a passion for helping others
Confident Microsoft office skills
