Adult Learning Disability Support Worker – Swansea

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver therapeutic support and care to residents with complex needs
* Observe, monitor, and accurately record residents’ conditions
* Support individuals through their care pathways to promote independence
* Treat all residents with dignity, compassion, and honesty
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months experience working within a social care environment
* Empathetic, caring, resilient, and committed to safeguarding
* Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to fund practical training (e.g., manual handling, Buccal, PBM) if not already completed
* Willingness to undertake free online training modules
