Job Description
Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and growing healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.
Based across Hertfordshire, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with complex health needs.
What’s on offer:
Salary up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in the community
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no nights or weekends
33 days holiday, including bank holidays

Mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile
Excellent training and development programme
Key responsibilities – Adult Nurse Manager:
Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex needs
Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication oversight
Lead, train, and support a team of community carers
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
Work collaboratively with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider MDT
What we’re looking for:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support
Leadership qualities suited to Band 5 or Band 6 level
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
