Job Description

Adult Residential Team Leader

Locations: Telford TF2 | Permanent | Full-time

Responsible to: Registered Manager

We are looking for Team Leaders to support high-quality, person-centred adult residential services.

You will lead shifts, guide Residential Support Workers, maintain safe handovers, support adults with daily living, personal care, health needs and community inclusion, promote safeguarding, ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed, maintain accurate records, support medication and health-and-safety practice, and work closely with families and professionals.

What we are looking for:
• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent - essential
• Enhanced DBS suitable for work with vulnerable adults
• Experience in residential or supported living with adults
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
• Person-centred care and safeguarding knowledge
• Professional, reliable and flexible approach

Previous Team Leader/Senior experience, complex-needs experience, Level 5 progression, CQC/MCA/DoLS knowledge and a full UK driving licence are strong advantages
