Job Description
My client in Northwest England is looking to appoint a talented Adult Social Care QA / Turnaround Consultant on a Contract basis.
The role will support an existing service provider of Adult Social Care in their turnaround / improvement, whilst readying them for CQC inspection.
About the role:
Based in Northwest England (hybrid - 2-3 days on site):
Work with identified care and support providers to deliver quality improvement and culture change, identifying thematic areas for improvement and undertaking actions to bring about sustained change.
Working with safeguarding, quality assurance and commissioning review colleagues to identify themes and required actions.
Work closely with the incumbent Registered Manager to deliver the turnaround and required improvements.
Key services include - Supported Living, Day Services and Respite.About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Deep experience of improvement and turnaround of provider services of Adult Social Care.
A background as a Registered Manager is highly advantageous
Complete and in depth understanding of CQC requirements.
Excellent leadership ability and support of existing teams to enable cultural change.What's on offer:
Salary: £400-£500 per day, IR35 TBC*negotiable based on experience
