⚕️ Adult Social Worker Needed | London | Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 🕘-🕔
💷 Up to £38.27/hour | Umbrella Contractor
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join our North Complex Needs Team in RBKC, London! 🌆
What You'll Do:
✅ Provide timely, personalised care and support to adults with non-complex needs
✅ Assess social care needs based on agreed eligibility criteria
✅ Arrange and coordinate social care services safely and efficiently
✅ Work closely with statutory & voluntary organisations to deliver best outcomes 🤝
✅ Keep accurate records and stay up to date with IT systems and relevant legislation 💻📚
✅ Support service users and carers to maximise their independence and choice
✅ Take part in team development and supervision meetings
✅ Ensure confidentiality, equality, and compliance with Council policies ⚖️
