Adult Support Care Worker - Hoddesdon Area
Pay: From £12.65 per hour

Key requirements:
Minimum 6 months care experience in the UK
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexible availability
Access to transport (essential for reaching services in Hoddesdon and surrounding areas)
Fluent English (verbal and written) for ease of communication with service users
Committed to health and safety, reliable, and well-organisedYour responsibilities include:
Following care plans and risk assessments
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Administering medication (training provided)
Supporting mobility and physical therapy
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
Providing companionship and emotional support
Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
Providing detailed written handover notes and reporting concerns
Acting responsibly in emergencies
Your role:
Support individuals with physical and mental health challenges
Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication (training provided)
Prepare meals, provide companionship, and help with daily tasks
Follow care plans and act responsibly in emergencies
