Adult Support Workers – Fareham area.
Salary: £30,825.60 per annum + Benefits
Contract: Full-time positions available

You will be working within adult residential or supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with adults in care, supported living, or similar environments
A caring and patient nature, with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
