Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Plymouth £50,000 – £55,000 per year FTE (depending on experience) 40 hours per week (Part-time hours considered) Permanent Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? About the Role: As an ACP, you will take the lead in assessing, diagnosing, and managing care for patients registered with our practices—working both autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team. You’ll help shape and modernise care pathways, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centred services across traditional professional boundaries. You'll play a key leadership role within the practice, sharing responsibility for clinical governance alongside the Lead Nurse and helping inspire a high standard of care throughout the team.
