Advanced Practitioner – Assessment Team Location: Lambeth (Hybrid Working) Salary: £52,674 – £55,710 per annum Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Locality-Based Shortlisting CVs ASAP Pro Social Partners are proud to support Lambeth Council in the recruitment of permanent Advanced Practitioners to join their frontline Assessment Teams. This is a key role for experienced social workers who want to make a direct impact at the point of referral, helping families access the right support early and effectively.
