Location: Lambeth (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £52,674 – £55,710 per annum

About the Role
* Hold a small, complex caseload within the Family Safeguarding Team
* Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced social workers
* Undertake robust assessments and contribute to effective safety planning
* Work closely with families, partners, and local agencies
* Drive best practice and ensure quality standards across the service
* Support children and families to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* Registration with Social Work England
* A recognised social work qualification
* Substantial post-qualified experience in safeguarding and child protection
* Confidence in managing complex cases and court proceedings
* Strong assessment, analysis, and report-writing skills
* Excellent communication, planning, and leadership capabilities
* A collaborative and supportive approach to teamworking
