📍 North & Mid Team | ⏱ 37 hours per week | 💷 Up to £42 p/h (DoE)

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
✨ Holding a reduced caseload focused on complex work, allowing you to carry out thorough, high-quality assessments
✨ Supporting and supervising colleagues and students, acting as a role model for best practice
✨ Leading on complex planning, decision-making, and multi-agency collaboration
✨ Bringing energy, expertise, and a growth mindset to a fast-paced environment
💼 What You'll Bring
✔️ Recognised Social Work qualification + Social Work England registration
✔️ Significant post-qualification experience with evidence of continuous professional development 📚
✔️ Strong background in multi-agency working and court proceedings ⚖️
✔️ Excellent communication, recording, and planning skills 📝
✔️ Deep understanding of legislation, models, and theories guiding social work practice
✔️ Confidence to challenge, innovate, and lead improvements
✔️ A valid UK driving licence + access to a vehicle 🚗
