Advisor Client Suppport
An excellent opportunity to join a well respected Wealth Planning business based in Alderley Edge.
You will be responsible for day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business. You will will work closely with a financial planner and associate financial planner to service a defined client bank.
Duties Include:
* Ensuring that all company processes are adhered to.
* Ensuring that all communications are recorded and indexed in the document management system (SharePoint)
* Ensuring immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo)
* Managing and maintaining a task list within Curo and Outlook.
* New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers.
* Producing valuations
* Production of Annual Planning Meeting (APM) preparation pack.
* General administration and processing.
You must have strong attention to detail and proven experience within a Financial Advisory Firm.
