Aerospace Contract Negotiator - Shanghai, China.
Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, offers long term steady work prospects to suitable candidates with experience in Contract Negotiation that has been gained within the Aerospace Industry. Strongfield have been supporting the civil aircraft programs in China for around 16 years now. This is an opportunity for candidates that would like steady long-term work on a new Civil aircraft program, whilst giving them time to see and explore Asia and its culture. Our client has modern facilities and equipment, and they respect the experience that successful candidates can bring to them.
We will work with you throughout the whole process until you arrive and are integrated into Shanghai life.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle long-term procurement contract negotiations and claims.
Collect and analyze contract performance data.
Assist senior negotiators in contract negotiations.
Assist in drafting contract templates.
Support contract management system development.
Support contract information system development.
Mentor junior negotiators in contract management.
Assist in cost reduction negotiations.
Qualifications:
Over 15 years’ experience in contract negotiation and management in the aviation manufacturing industry.
Experience leading major contract negotiations, amendments, breaches, or claims.
Strong knowledge of contract law, aviation contract clauses, and export compliance.
Skilled in contract drafting, review, execution, amendment, termination, and claims.
Strong leadership and teamwork ability.
Fluent in English, capable of drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract durationBefore You Apply
