Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, offers long term steady work prospects to suitable candidates with experience in Contract Negotiation that has been gained within the Aerospace Industry. Job Responsibilities:
Handle long-term procurement contract negotiations and claims.
Collect and analyze contract performance data.
Assist senior negotiators in contract negotiations.
Assist in drafting contract templates.
Support contract management system development.
Support contract information system development.
Mentor junior negotiators in contract management.
Assist in cost reduction negotiations.
Qualifications:
Over 15 years’ experience in contract negotiation and management in the aviation manufacturing industry.
Experience leading major contract negotiations, amendments, breaches, or claims.
Strong knowledge of contract law, aviation contract clauses, and export compliance.
Skilled in contract drafting, review, execution, amendment, termination, and claims.
Strong leadership and teamwork ability.
Fluent in English, capable of drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract duration
