Job Description for Doctors Assistant
Leo Recruits are in search of a Aesthetics Doctors Assistant/ Sales Executive with great knowledge of Aesthetic products and clinic services. The successful Aesthetics Doctors Assistant/ Sales Executive will be joining a Clinic team that prides themselves on delivering a five star service with a friendly approach to ensure patient care & satisfaction. As a Aesthetics Doctors Assistant/ Sales Executive you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring all patients have a seamless and welcoming experience, whilst maintaining records of appointments, financial transactions and other administrative duties.

About the Aesthetics Doctors Assistant/ Sales Executive Position
Central London Clinic Monday to Friday, 42.5 Hours
Full Time, Permanent £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
Site based position
The Aesthetics Doctors Assistant/ Sales Executive position is a multifaceted role that involves;
- Welcoming patients and potential patients - Assisting patients on the phone and in person
- Taking payments - Addressing new patient inquiries
- Booking appointments - Providing general information
- Assisting the senior doctor when needed - Performing various administrative tasks
- Helping to maintain the safety and comfort of the patient
Requirements:
* 2 years experience in an aesthetics clinic is essential
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient skills in IT and English
* Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Attention to detail and a professional appearance
* A patient-centric approach and a willingness to assist patients with their needs
* Experience in selling Aesthetics services
* Preferably with, or working towards, a recognised qualification through QCF Diploma, or BTEC in Medical Reception
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer the telephone to enquiries and make outgoing calls to patients and other agencies as required
* Support and uphold an open, positive and honest working culture
* Make and change appointments as required
* Work with the practice information recording systems and computer systems in maintaining clinical records
* Handle payments to the practice and keep records of financial transactions
* Practice the highest standards of confidentiality when dealing with all aspects of patient information
* Participate in developing the philosophy, goals and objectives for patient health care provided by the Practice
* Offer information regarding clinic services, treatments, and pricing
