Job Description
Senior Social Worker - Child & Family Help Team - AFC
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Child & Family Help Team with Achieving for Children (AFC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking assessments and providing early, targeted interventions to families in need of support.
* Developing and implementing Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
* Working with families to reduce risk and strengthen parenting capacity.
* Liaising effectively with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children.
* Attending multi-agency meetings and case conferences.
* Ensuring all work complies with statutory requirements and best practice guidance.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available.
Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* SWE Registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's safeguarding or family support
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and practice frameworks
