Expire in: a month
About Us: We are an automotive group with years of experience and success in the UK. With multiple locations across the South coast we encompass a number of large lead acquisition websites as well as bases for transporting, fixing and selling vehicles. We’ve just launched in the US market and intend to grow our presence across all 50 states.
The Role: As an Affiliate and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in building our brand visibility and lead acquisition. In this hands-on role you’ll be building an affiliate network and partnerships from scratch across the automotive sector and beyond.
From identifying brands and websites we could work with through to outreach and onboarding, you’ll run the whole show - but with the support and guidance of an experienced existing team. We want to push the boundaries of who our brands can reach and the organisations we can work with. You’ll be part of an internal team of digital marketers as well as external agency support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outreach: In a previous role you’ve successfully discovered and contacted website owners, social media influencers and businesses to partner with.
* Affiliate Management: You’ve managed affiliates before and know how to approach and onboard them independently.
* Acquisition Targeting: Identify potential partners based on qualitative and quantitative research that aligns with our business.
* Asset Creation: You’re able to create digital and print assets for use by affiliates and partners in various formats.
* Landing Page Building: Build landing pages for key affiliates when necessary with custom copy, images and quote forms.
* Reporting: Weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis of affiliate KPIs – measuring these against suitable and agreed KPIs and suggesting ways to improve and optimise.
* Data Driven: Use internal and external data to inform and drive strategy.
* Marketing Support: Ad-hoc content, PR and creative input as and when needed, supporting wider Marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1 to 2 years’ experience in an affiliate marketing role.
* Confident and proficient with affiliate platforms from setup to optimisation.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to build and nurture relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills, working well under pressure.
* Numerical and analytical skills, comfortable with Excel, data sets and reporting.
* Confident communication skills with external and internal stakeholders with an enthusiasm to learn new skills.
