Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Focus

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within a defined territory

Re-engage lapsed customers and win business from competitor accounts

Convert ad-hoc service users into long-term contract customers

Engage customers early in warranty lifecycle to secure ongoing service agreements

Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer operations and technical needs

Contribute to achieving revenue targets and business growth plans
Technical & Customer Support
*
Act as a key point of contact for service-related enquiries

Interpret customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams

Prepare and follow up on technical service quotations

Support installation set-up and service documentation processes
*
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination
About You

Background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical services

Proven experience in sales, aftersales, or service coordination

Strong commercial mindset with a track record of upselling or account growth
