AFTERSALES MANAGER 
Location: Bath 
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus 
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 

Ready to lead a busy dealership aftersales department? 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager / Automotive Service Manager to take the lead at a busy dealership in Bath. 
You'll be responsible for driving the performance of the Service and Parts departments, leading the aftersales team and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from booking through to collection.

THE ROLE 
As an Aftersales Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance and smooth running of the dealership's aftersales operation. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
·Managing the Service and Parts departments 
·Leading, motivating and developing the aftersales team 
·Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability 
·Monitoring departmental KPIs and financial performance 
·Ensuring excellent levels of customer satisfaction 
·Managing workshop loading and maximising labour sales 
·Supporting Service Advisors and Technicians to achieve performance targets 
·Handling escalated customer concerns professionally 
·Maintaining manufacturer standards and processes 
·Monitoring Health & Safety and ensuring compliance across the department 
·Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability 
·Working closely with senior management to deliver departmental objectives

ABOUT YOU 
We're looking for an experienced automotive professional with: 
·Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or senior dealership management professional 
·Strong leadership and people-management skills 
·Experience managing Service and/or Parts departments 
·A commercial mindset with the ability to drive profitability 
·Strong knowledge of workshop productivity and efficiency 
·Excellent customer service and communication skills 
·Experience working towards KPIs and financial targets 
·Strong organisational and problem-solving ability 
·A professional, proactive and results-driven approach 
·A full UK Driving Licence
