Production Operative – PM Shift
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour
Shift: Mon-Fri PM Shift – 16:00pm to 00:00am

About the Role;
We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our client’s busy manufacturing team in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company that takes pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
As a Production Operative, you’ll be working on the afternoon shift supporting the production line to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities;
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Carry out assembly work according to production specifications
* Monitor machines and report any faults or defects to supervisors
* Perform quality checks on finished products
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all health & safety procedures and site policies
* Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements;
* No qualifications required, previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
* Good attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
