Aftersales Administrator BCR/AK/31768 £14/hour- 10-15 hours per week North London Bell Cornwall Recruitment is partnering with a growing business in the logistics sector as they seek a flexible, part time aftersales administrator. Ideally they are looking for someone on a self-employed basis and need a candidate with strong admin experience and attention to detail with a fantastic telephone manner. The role: Point of contact for customer queries Processing and fulfilling customer orers Support with sending out of goods, wholesale and e-commerce Ad-hoc office admin, ordering supplies and maintaining the office spaceThe ideal Aftersales Administrator will have: Fantastic attention to detail- the nature of the goods being delivered requires 100% accuracy matching order numbers Excellent telephone manner Flexibility with hours, ideal hours 2pm-5pm 3-5 days per week Proactive, confident in decision making and fixing problemsInterested?
