About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join a dynamic team and take responsibility for the daily coordination of service and parts operations at a busy depot. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily service and parts activities for the depot.

Allocate tasks to service technicians and organise workloads effectively.

Maintain accurate stock control and ensure parts availability.

Provide efficient and accurate support to both staff and customers.

Handle incoming calls for service, parts enquiries, breakdowns, advice, and scheduled servicing.

Pick and pack spare parts for customers and service engineers.
*
Liaise with suppliers and head office on a regular basis.
*
Arrange courier deliveries and manage general depot administration.
About You:

Solid understanding of agricultural machinery and related equipment.

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Able to manage tasks independently while contributing to a team environment.

Willingness to work occasional overtime or unsociable hours during busy seasonal periods.
