Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor for our client, a reputable main dealership in Malton.
The Aftersales Advisor will be a vital member of the team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the service and parts departments.
This role offers stability, a supportive working environment, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Benefits:
Basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience
OTE circa £38,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm
No weekend work required
Full training on systems and processes provided

Influence on the direction of a small, dedicated aftersales teamDuties:
Manage customer enquiries efficiently, presenting solutions clearly
Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where needed
Establish agreement with customers regarding work to be carried out
Explain repair and servicing procedures comprehensively to customers
Ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards
Maintain accurate records within relevant systems
Provide excellent customer service, fostering customer loyaltyRequirements:
Proven experience as an Aftersales Advisor within the automotive sector
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional approach
Good understanding of vehicle systems and common mechanical issues
Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach as an Aftersales Advisor
