Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; no weekendsDuties of the Aftersales Advisor:
Booking customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs via telephone and face-to-face interactions
Managing parts orders, ensuring accurate identification, and prompt dispatch
Processing customer parts requirements efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service
Selling parts and accessories with a target-driven approach to achieve sales growth as an Aftersales Advisor
Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures within your area of responsibility
Maintaining a professional, courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
Working with dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues to ensure accuracy and efficiencyRequirements:
Proven automotive parts experience, preferably in a commercial vehicle or motor factor environment
Strong IT skills, including familiarity with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Reside within a manageable commuting distance of Llanybydder
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and outgoing manner
