Job Description
Part-Time Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive Main Dealership in the Ipswich area.
Our Client is an offering a unique 50/50 dual role as a Warranty & Service Advisor. The Aftersales Advisor role will be a dynamic mix of both Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator responsibilities, providing variety in your day-to-day and the chance to develop across two core areas of the dealership..

Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately
Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
Ensuring compliance with brand warranty processesSpecification:
You will have a previous working experience as either a Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator (ideally both)
Experience within Motor Trade DMS systems
Excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy
Full UK Driving LicenceWorking as an Part-Time Aftersales Advisor for our client, you can expect a basic salary of £20,000 with OTE up to £24,000.
