Job Description
Our Client is a Motorhome/Caravan Aftersales Manager and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Tewkesbury area.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £32,937 per annum.
Monthly and annual performance-related bonuses providing a £45,000 annual OTE.
20 days’ annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays.
Workplace pension scheme.
Full manufacturer-approved and in-house training.

Working hours from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Due to the nature of the role, you might be required to work additional hours in busier periods across the year. Requirements:
An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a similar Automotive business.
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Focus on administrative compliance against budget reporting.
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to successResponsibilities:
Leading the entire Aftersales Team
Ensuring all necessary preparation of vehicles is included. Eg: PDI checks, habitation checks.
Regular communication with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £32,937 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
