Job Description
ROLE: Head of Aftersales – Automotive
SALARY: £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car
LOCATION: Hinckley (office based)
THE COMPANY:
Red Rock is working in partnership with a leading and fast-growing used car dealership group who is seeking a highly experienced Head of Aftersales to lead its Aftersales, Warranty, and Customer Service operations at its head office in Hinckley.
Known for delivering a high-quality customer experience and operating at scale, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic automotive business in a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the aftersales function.

WORKING HOURS:
* 42.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
DUTIES:
* Lead and manage the full aftersales department with a focus on operational excellence
* Monitor and control warranty spend, implementing cost-effective strategies
* Identify and drive continuous process improvements
* Oversee customer service delivery and post-sale support
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless ownership journey
* Motivate and develop the aftersales team to consistently achieve targets
THE CANDIDATE:
* Proven leadership experience within automotive aftersales
* Strong understanding of warranty procedures and customer satisfaction strategy
* Commercially aware with an analytical, proactive mindset
* Excellent communication, team management, and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational performance
