Responsibilities
* Lead and enhance team performance within the service department
* Deliver departmental targets and meet budgetary goals
* Manage both Parts and Service operations
* Ensure exceptional customer service aligned with manufacturer and dealer standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing a busy aftersales department
* Strong track record in team leadership and development
* Ability to oversee combined Parts and Service functions
* Consistent and stable employment history
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
* Profit share bonus scheme
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
