Job Description
SYR is representing a prestigious client leading Super yacht re-fits, engaging in extraordinary projects that redefine luxury at sea.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the Warranty List
- Gathering the Client’s claims after the Contract termination
- Investigating the root cause of the issue with the teams which have been involved in the job (subcontractors and internal teams, project managers)
- Agreeing on a way forward for the resolution, with Subcontractors and with Clients
- Keeping our internal systems updated
- Taking in charge to resolve the claims for which we are responsible ( warranty and snag list), when carried out outside of the shipyard.
This can take place mostly along the French coast and sometime in other places, leading to punctual displacementsBefore You Apply
