Overview:
This well-established, successful and growing manufacturer of specialist commercial vehicles is currently looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead their dynamic aftersales and customer service division. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee a team of 7 staff and take ownership for driving growth in aftersales, service and parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate a team of 7 including office, workshop and field service staff, to deliver exceptional customer service and revenue growth from the aftersales operation.
Drive parts sales performance.
Ensure that key metrics and KPIs are achieved and exceeded through focused management and motivation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring that service levels are met at every stage.
Monitor, review and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Closely monitor workshop and field service engineering work standards to ensure that work is carried out to meet customer expectations.
Person Specifcation:
Possess a proven track record in aftersales, service management or similar preferably within the automotive, commercial vehicle or plant equipment sectors.
Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer first mindset.
Possess a commercial acumen and be driven by achieving and exceeding against targeted levels.
Be organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
