Our client, a prominent player in the highway sector, is currently seeking an experienced Agent to join their team for permanent roles in and around Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple highway schemes efficiently and effectively
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and local authorities
Handling site inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
Providing leadership and guidance to the project team
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship across all schemes
Job Requirements:
Experience in highway project management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to highway projects
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining project documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site issues effectively
Leadership qualities to guide and motivate the project team
