The Role:
Lead the day-to-day operation of a high-volume, high-energy restaurant
Inspire, develop and coach your team to deliver incredible service
Drive sales and control costs to hit those all-important KPIs
Create a fun, welcoming, and consistent guest experience
Be the face of the venue – hands-on, passionate, and always leading from the front You’ll Be:
A strong leader with restaurant or QSR management experience
Obsessed with guest experience and quality
A real people person – confident, approachable and full of positive energy
Commercially savvy – you know how to run a slick and profitable shift
