Agricultural Engineering Lecturer – no teaching experience required Full Time | Permanent Lancashire Salary: £35,821 - £41,281 per annum + £6,000 Levelling Up Payment (tax free) Are you an experienced agricultural engineer looking for a better work-life balance? The Role You will deliver Agricultural Engineering to Level 3 students, combining practical workshop-based learning with classroom teaching. Your industry knowledge will play a key role in preparing learners for careers in modern agricultural engineering. This is a hands-on teaching role where real-world experience is highly valued. Ideal Background We are particularly keen to hear from industry professionals looking to move into teaching, as well as existing lecturers. You should have: A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable) A passion for developing the next generation of engineers No teaching experience? No problem — full training and support will be provided. Teacher Training & Support Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route) 1.5 hours per week of protected study time Ongoing CPD and development opportunities What’s in it for you?
