Key Responsibilities:
Sale and purchase of farms and land (including private treaty and auction)
Drafting deeds of easement, overage agreements, and farm tenancy advice
Cross-departmental collaboration with private client, commercial property, and corporate teams
Supporting business development and attending local events to foster professional relationships
What We're Looking For:
2+ years PQE with strong property experience (essential)
Agricultural law experience (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Local market knowledge and relationships with land agents highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercially minded and team-oriented
