Agricultural Service Engineer - Crop Sprayer Specialist

20% based from the depot in Worcestershire.
80% field based covering the West Midlands, Wales and South of England.Salary and Benefits Package:
Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000+ per annum.
Overtime:25x after 40 hours. 1.5x during the weekend.
Company Vehicle: Fully equipped service van.
Company phone.
Tools provided: All specialist tools required for the job.
Ongoing training & development.
Company pension scheme.
25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.Additional information:
This is a permanent full-time position.
Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday + overtime during busy / seasonal periods.About The Company:

Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards.
Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.* Full training can be given to the right candidate.
