Job Title: Agricultural Solicitor - Leading National Law Firm Location: Huntingdon | Flexible Working Available Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits About the Firm: Our client is a well-regarded national law firm with a strong presence across the Midlands and East Anglia, known for delivering expert, trusted advice across multiple practice areas. Their collaborative culture and commitment to long-term client relationships set them apart in the market. The Agricultural team advises clients including landowners, farmers, developers, and businesses on a wide range of rural and agricultural matters, including land management, tenancy agreements, succession planning, and related commercial issues. Due to growth, the Huntingdon office is seeking a skilled Agricultural Solicitor to join their expanding team. The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for an Agricultural Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more to join a supportive and well-established team, working on diverse and complex rural and agricultural legal matters. You will work closely with experienced Partners and fee earners, providing high-quality advice and service in a growing regional office. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on all aspects of agricultural and rural property law including land management, tenancy agreements, succession planning, and related commercial matters. Draft and review contracts, tenancy agreements, and other relevant legal documents. Manage client relationships with a personable and professional approach. Work collaboratively within the team to support clients and colleagues. Contribute to business development and help grow the Agricultural practice locally. Stay informed on legal developments affecting the agricultural sector and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more in agricultural or rural property law. Strong technical knowledge of agricultural law, rural property matters, and related commercial issues. Excellent drafting and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Organised and able to manage own caseload effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Committed to delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships. Ambitious to grow your expertise and contribute to the success of the Huntingdon office.
