The role: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Producer Performance Manager based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the supply of the best quality egg products into retail and food manufacturing sectors. You will partner with producers to provide exceptional technical and commercial advice, driving profitability while maintaining the highest welfare standards and conduct various onsite visits including lion code audits, tree audits and on farm training. Responsibilities * Offer husbandry, technical, and commercial guidance to enhance producer profitability. * Drive continuous improvement in production, welfare, and technical standards. * Conduct routine visits, providing feedback aligned with the Producer Performance Framework. * Analyze performance data reports to facilitate upbeat conversations and actionable insights. * Maintain updated information on flock performance and assist in various operational functions. * Act as a 'Business Ambassador' for Noble Foods and contribute to market intelligence. You: * Significant experience in farm management. * Deep understanding of poultry welfare and egg production systems. * Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proactive problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
