Agronomist - Vertical Farming | Norwich | £DOE

What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing the cultivation and maintenance of baby leaf and herb crops, ensuring optimal growth and quality.
Managing crop trials and recording relative data to bring exciting new products to market.
Actively participating in the innovation of new product offerings, pairing system capability with suitable crops.
Continually innovate, refine and improve the yield, quality, reliability, shelf life and availability of the crops.
What We're Looking For
A relevant degree or 3+ years' experience in commercial growing, horticulture, or agribusiness.
A strong mix of scientific knowledge and commercial awareness-you understand both the plants and the business.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset-someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
Confidence in presenting findings to colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
