Job Title: AI Solutions Developer & Automation Lead
Location: Hebburn (Full-time onsite)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Developer & Automation Lead to design and deliver AI-driven applications and automation solutions that improve internal operations and support future client offerings. This role focuses on building practical, scalable systems using Azure AI, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform, turning ideas into reliable solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Design and deploy AI-driven applications and automation solutions

  * 

    Build agentic AI systems capable of handling multi-step workflows

  * 

    Integrate solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and internal systems

  * 

    Lead development of an AI-powered IVR system, conversational agents, and automated ticketing interactions

  * 

    Implement call transcription, insight generation, and predictive support recommendations

  * 

    Build internal and client-facing data dashboards and commercial insights tools

  * 

    Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and documentation standards

Requirements

  * 

    2–5 years’ experience in AI development, automation engineering, or data science

  * 

    Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 integration, and Power Platform

  * 

    Strong skills in Python, APIs, and modern LLM frameworks

  * 

    Experience building automation workflows or agentic AI systems

  * 

    Ability to take concepts from prototype to production-ready solutions

  * 

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  * 

    Ability to work full-time onsite in Hebburn
