About the Role

We're looking for a certified Air Tightness & Acoustic Tester to join our growing team in Chester. You'll work on a wide range of projects across the region and beyond, applying your technical expertise to ensure buildings meet the highest industry standards.
What You'll Do
Carry out air tightness tests on domestic and non-domestic buildings in line with ATTMA standards.
Perform sound insulation testing in accordance with ANC guidelines and building regulations.
Produce clear, accurate reports and provide practical recommendations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site teams in Chester and across the UK.
Travel to sites nationwide, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
What We're Looking For
ATTMA Level 2 certification (Domestic & Non-Domestic).
ANC Sound Testing certification.
Strong numerical skills (GCSE and A-Level Maths as a foundation).
Full, clean UK driving licence.
A proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills.
Your Day-to-Day
Visiting client sites to complete air tightness and acoustic tests, primarily in Chester and surrounding areas.
Setting up, operating, and maintaining testing equipment.
Analysing results and writing up professional reports.
Problem-solving with site teams and offering expert guidance.
Managing your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
