We're recruiting on behalf of a leading HVAC and Building Services provider for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across the Central Belt, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding on a wide range of air conditioning equipment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring clients receive a first-class service while maintaining high standards of compliance and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems.

  * Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdown call-outs.

  * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.

  * Service and maintain VRV/VRF systems, split systems, multi-splits and associated equipment.

  * Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.

  * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards.

  * Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.

About You

Essential

  * Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.

  * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  * Experience carrying out commercial PPM and reactive maintenance.

  * F-Gas Category 1 qualification.

  * Full UK Driving Licence.

  * Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

  * Experience working within the Facilities Management sector.

  * Experience with VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment.

  * IPAF and PASMA certifications.
