Location: Dartford (working inside the M25 and Central London)
Integral Staff is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing air conditioning business looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their skilled team. If you’re confident in your trade, take pride in your work, and want to work on high-profile commercial and residential sites across Central London and within the M25, this could be your next great move.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems. This includes splits, multi-split systems, and VRV/VRF systems in various environments. Your technical knowledge and hands-on experience will ensure top-quality work is delivered across every project.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation of all types of air conditioning systems
*
Fault diagnosis and repair of A/C systems
*
Regular servicing and maintenance to ensure system efficiency
*
Working across commercial and residential properties
*
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Areas of Expertise:
*
Split systems
*
Multi-split systems
*
VRV/VRF systems
*
General A/C maintenance and fault finding
*
Full installations and commissioning
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
*
F-Gas certification (essential)
*
Good understanding of HVAC systems and controls
*
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time
*
Full UK driving licence
