Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: North West – covering areas around Lancashire area
Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 + overtime + van + benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
A well-established M&E contractor operating for over 29 years is looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business offering long-term local work and no call-out rota.
The role involves servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of commercial air conditioning systems across restaurants, hotels, schools, and other commercial premises. All work is within roughly an hour's travel from home.
The Role:
Planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, etc.)
Fault diagnosis and repairs
Working across a range of commercial properties
Supporting wider M&E services where required
What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Overtime available
Company van and fuel card – private use permitted
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension
No call-out rota
All work within approximately one hour from home
Requirements:
F-Gas qualification (Category 1 or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
Experience in a similar commercial air conditioning role
