Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Ipswich & Essex
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking, people-focused company with a strong industry reputation?
We are working with a leading building services provider with over 20 years of success delivering engineering and maintenance solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their professional team, working across the Ipswich and Essex areas.

Role Overview:
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:
Routine maintenance, servicing and fault-finding on AC systems (VRFs, splits, refrigeration)
Installation, testing and commissioning of new systems
Diagnosing issues, assessing parts needed, and carrying out repairs
Ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations and recording all work via electronic systems
Providing technical advice and excellent customer service on-site
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification AC experience
F-Gas qualification (C&G 2079) - Essential
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - Essential
Good knowledge of current F-Gas regulations
Confident using digital reporting/compliance systems
A positive, self-motivated attitude and professional manner
Full UK Driving Licence
Clean DBS record
