Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Company - Edinburgh - Up to £44,000 plus excellent benefits
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a new challenge? Do you want to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider in a local, multi-site role?
CBW Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering sites in Edinburgh.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and commercial building services. This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar role who is seeking a stable, local opportunity with an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs
Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Chillers & other HVAC/refrigeration plant
Conducting planned and reactive maintenance
Strong understanding of commercial building servicesPackage & Benefits:
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Company Van (Private use permitted)
Tablet & Work Phone Provided
Full Company Uniform
Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
F-Gas Certification (Essential)
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of FM services
Excellent communication skills and a client-facing approachBefore You Apply
