Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Covering London and the Southeast (Door-to-Door Travel Paid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Overtime Rates: 1.5x (Weekdays/Saturdays), 2x (Sundays)
Package Includes: Company van and mobile phone
Role Overview:
An established and reputable Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Install & Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and breakdowns of a range of AC systems including VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of air conditioning systems (VRV, VRF, split and multi-split)
* Maintenance and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems
* Fault finding and reactive breakdown support
* Working on a wide range of commercial and residential projects
* Liaising with clients on-site, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Completing reports and paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance
* F-Gas qualification (essential)
* Experience with:
* City & Guilds certifications
* VRV/VRF systems
* Multis, Heat Recovery units, AHUs
* Controls systems
* IPAF / PASMA (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong communication skills (oral and written)
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Flexibility to support the needs of the business as required
