Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Bristol & South Wales

Area Covered: Bristol & South Wales (company vehicle provided)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Mobile AC Engineer to join our team supporting commercial clients across Bristol and South Wales. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems – from office buildings to retail and hospitality venues.
This is a mobile role that offers freedom, variety, and a chance to be part of a growing company with a strong reputation for reliability and service.
What You'll Be Doing:
*
Planned and reactive maintenance of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems
*
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair work on commercial AC units
*
Installation of new systems (when required)
*
Accurate completion of job sheets and service reports
*
Working independently while managing your own schedule
*
Delivering excellent customer service across multiple sites
What We’re Looking For:
*
F-Gas qualified (essential)
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
*
Strong fault-finding and technical skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Experience working in commercial environments
*
Good communication and a professional approach
